Haa haa. I know you're being ironic or sarcastic or . . . is there another word? But I never thought he molested kids. Call me idealistic, call me naive, but I never ever thought that. Inappropriate, yes! But touch touchy, no. But also, that's not to say he didn't mess the kids up mentally, I'm just saying, no touchy. And that's what I believe cuz that's the kind of gal I am, believe the best in people . . .

But what you wrote actually explains a lot to me then about how people are reacting. It's not that people are choosing (dare I say "actively choosing") to ignore the molestation it's that they don't think it happened. That makes me feel a little tiny better. I think?
